With its satisfactory composite performance, the adhesive has been extensively applied to:

multiple boards of doors, light construction materials, refrigeration devices, environment protecting and purifying systems, metal board bonding metal board in vehicle and watercraft making, metal board bonding paper covered plasterboard, rock cotton, fiberglass cotton, paper honeycomb, aluminum honeycomb, aluminum silicate fiber felt, polystyrene foam, plywood, glass fibre reinforced plastic (GFRP), extruded panel, mid density board, melamine board, and calcium sillicate fire retardent board etc.

Operation:

1. Remove oil and dust from the target surface. Acetone or acetic ether can clean the excessive oil and dust. Too slippy, too coarse, or not flat surface will influence the adhesive performance, the operator should take such cases differently.

2. Evenly spread adhesive on target surfaces(spread double sides) with sawtooth scraper. Each square meter spread about 150kg adhesive. Slippy surface needs less adhesive, and coarse surface needs more.

3. When adhesive spread on, no need to dry, cover target material by raising pressure(about 0.5-1.0kg/c) and release the pressure after solidify. Press the target materials when the adhesive is active, but not when the adhesive layer is solidified.

 4. Press time: about 4 hours in summer, 6 hours in winter, 24 hours to reach the best intensity. To shorten the time, some water can be sprayed on the adhesive layer.

 5. Wash the tools with acetic ether solvent.
